• Paradigm Initiative Nigeria (PIN) is a social enterprise that connects Nigerian youth with ICT-enabled opportunities. Having worked with government, civil society, private institutions and international organisations, PIN's projects build on years of combined experience and focus on socio-economic development.


    PIN's projects include Ajegunle.org, ISSPIN and TENT. Through these projects and allied services, PIN connects individuals, people-groups, institutions and communities with the socio-economic opportunities that ICTs provide.


      PIN has consulted for British Council, Freedom House, Harvard University, International Telecommunications Union, Microsoft Nigeria and United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, among others.

  • PIN's bottom-up, results-oriented projects are delievered in partnership with various institutions and communities.


    Joseph Hunt and the Aiteo Group support the Paradigm  Initiative by providing support, mentoring and internships to the young people of Ajegunle, Lagos.
